Sometimes more than one trigger happens at the same time. If all the triggers originated from cards under one player’s control then that player decides the order in which they happen. If instead the triggers originated from cards under both players’ control or some of the triggers were created by the rules, then the active player decides the order in which they happen. However, the order does not have to be decided ahead of time; the deciding player lets one trigger happen then afterwards decide which trigger happens next.
