Sometimes more than one replacement tries to replace the same thing at the same time. If all the replacements originated from cards under one player's control, that player chooses one to apply and the rest are ignored. However, if the replacements originated from cards under both players' control or some of the replacements were created by the rules, then the active player chooses one to apply and the rest are ignored. Delayed
replacements are an exception; if a delayed replacement is not chosen, it is not ignored. Instead, it continues waiting for another instance of whatever it is trying to replace.
