Tournament Organizers are responsible for the following:

* Providing play space for the Players
* Providing a sufficient number of Judges for the event
* Providing score keeping equipment
* Providing product for limited events
* Making sure suspended players do not participate in their events
* Reporting the results of their tournament to Tenacious Games within ? days
* Keeping the results of their tournaments for ? months
